A descendant provided this family information: John Bailey was born March 16, 1860, in Stoke Newington, Hackney, London, England, and died January 28, 1938, in Bancroft. The commenter said he had ten children with his first wife, Sophia Kate Whitefoot, and nine children with his second wife, Mary “Hazel” Blanche Ruttan.
