The current official Exhibitor page says that applications for the 2027 Rockhound Gemboree are coming soon. It does not yet publish a 2027 application form, deadline or waitlist procedure.[1]

For a prospective vendor, the best current process is:

1. Watch the official Exhibitor page for the 2027 application materials and opening date.[1]
2. Use the organizer’s contact route on that page for questions about exhibiting or participation.[1]
3. Prepare products that fit the event’s stated scope: rocks and minerals, gemstones, fossils, lapidary arts, mineral collecting and related items.[1]
4. Note the restrictions: artificially enhanced materials must be identified clearly, and foodstuffs and items on the endangered list are prohibited.[1]

The Town of Bancroft’s annual-events page also directs visitors to the official Rockhound Gemboree website, so that organizer page is the appropriate place to check for the next exhibitor update.[2] The 2026 event dates listed by the organizer have passed; future applicants should confirm the new dates and all conditions before applying.[1]
